During the summer our Residence is the perfect starting point for long and short walks around Völs and its beautiful surroundings. If you just want to relax you can do so at our swimmingpool, while the children can play in the garden and the playground. Close to the Residence you'll find Tennis-courts and a riding-ground.

Our guests can practice all kinds of winter sports at the near Seiseralm-Resort with 70km of ski slopes. Furthermore Völs has a long tradition in sleighing and a nice sledge slope. At the Völser Weiher you can ice-skate in front of the majestic mountain Sciliar.

max. 6 people, 46 m², living room with couch/daybed, bunk or fold-away bed, bedroom with double bed, kitchen, bathroom and balcony.

The Residence Baumgartner has 10 well furnished rooms of different sizes. Every room has a television, couch, kitchen, bathroom and a balcony. Bed linen and towels are provided by us and are changed twice a week. Furthermore our Residence has a swimmingpool, a big garden, a Ping-Pong table, a playground for children and a garage.

On the Brenner-Highway exit at Bolzano Nord and take the road to Prato Isarco. At Prato Isarco arriving to a crossroad, follow the road to Fie allo Sciliar. After 7km you will reach the town. The Residence Baumgartner is located just near the roundabout in the centre of the town.
